I know there's been a huge outcry from Creed and the fans, but I have another theory.

Everyone knows that Scott Stapp has a severe Messiah complex. The guy gets baptised in every one of his videos, for crying out loud. My opinion, this whole thing is a ruse, a ploy, a plot, and a conspiracy.

I think the whole thing has been staged, so that history will show how, once he started to "spread the word", he was eventually persecuted and denounced by the very people he was sent to "save".

That way, his story will be Christ's story.

I also hear that the lead guitarist for Creed is thinking of leaving the band.

"Real quick, I'm dying for the sins of the world, and one of you's going to deny me, and one of you's going to betray me."

Please Scott, hurry up and die for our sins.

(Actually, I take that back.. that's just too mean, even for me.) =)
